"Looks nice, but assembly messed up my plans"
I ordered this from haikudesigns.com the item looks good once it’s finally put together. But the assembly ended up taking way longer than I expected, which was frustrating because I had planned to get it done quickly and move on with my day. Instead, I wasted a chunk of time figuring out a couple confusing steps and even had to redo one part. The instructions were mostly okay, but the pieces really could use clearer labels. It’s not a disaster, but it definitely wasn’t the simple setup I was hoping for.

"Nice designs, but umm... a bit expensive"
I did like the designs, they’re really nice, but umm, for the price I expected a little more. Once shipping and the final cost were added, it just didn’t feel totally worth it to me. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless there’s a decent sale.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
I ordered from haikudesigns.com and the item did show up in good condition, so that part was fine. But the shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was annoying. I also felt like the terms/details around delivery seemed to change or weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Not a horrible experience, just slower and more frustrating than I’m used to

"Had a question about my order, so..."
Had a question about my order, so sent them a message and wasn’t expecting much. Got a reply quickly, and they actually answered what I asked instead of giving some generic response.
There was a small mix-up with the delivery info, but customer service fixed it without turning it into a whole thing. Really liked that they kept it simple and didn’t bounce me around to different people.
Overall, good experience. Nice people, easy to deal with, and would feel totally fine ordering from Haiku Designs again

"Showed up safe, just a little late"
My order from Haiku Designs got here one day later than I expected, which was a little annoying since I had already cleared space in the living room and everything. But the box arrived in really good shape, no weird crushed corners or anything. All the furniture parts inside were safe too, with no dents or scratches that I could find. The packaging felt sturdy and well done. I’m taking off one star just because of the small delay, but otherwise it was a solid experience.

"Solid furniture and a relief overall"
I was a little nervous after ordering, but once the furniture arrived and I got it set up, I felt relieved. It feels really solid and well-made. There is a small issue with the finish, so it’s not totally perfect, but I’m still happy with it overall.

"I got a bed frame from Haiku Designs..."
I got a bed frame from Haiku Designs mainly because they actually show what materials they use, which I appreciated. It feels really sturdy, and I liked that it’s more natural stuff instead of cheap plastic parts. Delivery was went fine too, no real issues. Overall I’m happy with it and it feel like it was worth it.

"Actually still holding up really well"
I bought a bed frame from Haiku Designs a little over a year ago, and it’s actually still been great. It feels solid, no wobbling, and I haven’t noticed any weird creaks or anything. So far, I’m happy with how durable it’s been

"It looks really nice, like better than..."
It looks really nice, like better than I expected, and it fit the room well. But after sitting in it for about an hour my back started hurting. I kept trying to adjust, then got distracted because it does look good, but yeah, comfort-wise it’s not great.

"I had to send back a lamp..."
I had to send back a lamp shade because I quickly realized it just wasn’t going to work with my room. I assumed the return would be a bit of a hassle, but the instructions were really clear and simple. Once they got it back, my refund showed up a few days later. No drama at all, which I definitely appreciated.
